The other morning we were eating breakfast. Ella says to me, "Mommy, you do everything really good except for chew with your mouth shut."
We were shopping in the grocery store a few weeks ago. Josh was in China, so I was lazy and had just taken the kids to eat at McDonald's. In the grocery store, I picked out some chocolate covered marshmallow treats. Ella says to me, "Mom, We just had McDonald's. Don't you think you should have something healthy? Why don't you pick out some popcorn or something - that would be healthier." I sheepishly put my chocolate marshmallow treats back on the shelf.
Mom: "You guys are driving me crazy. What am I going to do with you?"
Ella: "Keep us forever?"
Owen refers to everything that belongs to Josh and I as "Mommy's".
Owen: "I want to sleep in Mommy's bed."
Daddy: "Mommy's bed? Then where does Daddy sleep?"
Owen: "In Mommy's bed!"
