You heard it here - Owen McNames is officially the cutest baby in the universe. One flash of those baby blues and you are putty in his hands. At 50 weeks old he has developed quite the personality. He has mastered walking and loves to be independent and explore the house. We must be sure to close the gate at the bottom of the stairs as he will scale them in seconds if left unattended. His favorite toys are balls of any kind and playing with Ella in his kitchen. He also especially likes a ball air toy that belonged to Ella. He can play for long periods by himself, but also loves anything to do with Ella. Although lately most of their play times end with Ella taking whatever toy he is playing with and Owen screaming. He loves to climb and will push toyboxes or other toys up against the couch so that he can climb up on the furniture. He can wave "bye", sign "all done", and clap. He is also a blankie boy - he doesn't use a pacifier or thumb, but sucks on a small blue "blankee". He loves it. We have to wash it at least once a week as it starts to become foul. We also started a little bit of whole milk this week. No problem as Owen will drink anything that comes in a sippy cup. He also is easy to feed as he likes almost everything, so easy to feed him a healthy diet full of fruits and veggies. Tuesday, February 02, 2010
Owen 50 Weeks Old
