Day #2 in the hospital - "O" meets big sister, Ella. Ella was a little spooked by Mom in her gown/IV in hospital room, but was ecstatic to meet her baby brother. She was very gentle and helped Daddy hold him and change his diaper.

Owen is very good at self-soothing. He often finds his thumb or fingers and sucks away. It's so cute to watch him suck his little thumb!

Happy Valentines Day 2009. Check out the "Princess panties". Ella's loves the idea of Princess panties, but not the idea of using the potty. She begs to put them on, but then will tell me "Ella need diaper change" when she has to go. The idea of using the potty is very frightening for her. We'll keep trying.

All clean after his first bath. Owen has slept almost around the clock since he has been home, but was very alert after his bath. We finally got to see his eyes! They are much bluer than Ella's were, so we're guessing that he is going to be a blue-eyed boy.

At this point "O" looks just like Daddy. I don't see much resemblance to myself or Ella.
