Ella is a big help, although, it takes about twice as long to bake the cookies because Ella beats the dough to a pulp with her rolling pin and then puts the cookie cutters right in the center of the rolled dough. She's not the most efficient baker.
Ella's "Cheese" smile
Ella sprinkles the cookies. When she was done, there was as much sugar on the floor as on the cookies. She was standing on a chair with bare feet and the soles of her feet were solid sugar sprinkles when I took her down.
Ella takes a break from sprinkling to eat the profits. Ella loves, loves sugar cookies. She eats them so fast. Since we made the batch, we have been letting her have one cookie each night after supper. She loves picking out whether she wants a stocking, start, or Xmas tree shape to eat.
Ella with her finger in her belly button - her very strange habit, especially when she is tired. She'll ask me, "Zip Mommy Please" to unzip her jammies so that she can access her belly button. Weird.
Ella and Daddy snuggle on the couch and watch Ella's favorite movie, Tinkerbell.

“Listen to the Musn't's child, Listen to the Don't's. Listen to the Shouldn't's, the Impossibles, the Won't's. Listen to the Never Haves, then Listen close to me. ANYthing can happen, child, ANYthing can Be.” —Shel Silverstein
