Gma Berta came and visited us in Michigan last weekend. It was so great to spend time with her! Ella had so much fun. Everynight she would ask to have Gma Berta put her to bed and then they would play up in her room for way to long before bedtime.
We have a fat red cardinal friend that likes to sit in the tree right outside the window by Ella's kitchen. He is so beautiful and vibrant especially agains the white snow. He visits us almost every day.
Playing in Ella's room
Owen was a little bit scared of Gma Berta at first - he has bouts of stranger danger, but her warmed up quickly.
My little reader. Ella is getting so good with her letters. She can recognize all of the letters and can call out their sounds and tell you what letter words start with when spoken. We are going to get her some beginning reader books on start working on reading!
Owen has gotten pretty good at tantrums. He will cry out in agony and then throw himself on the floor.
