At the end of May, we spent a week in South Padre Island, TX. Grandma Jackie and Grandpa Jim rented a beautiful house in a gated community right on the beach. We were joined by Auntie Melissa, Uncle Matt, Caleb, Meg, Sam, Jake and his girlfriend, Uncle Aaron, Aunt Alisha, and Uncle Pete.

Bald baby Ella can't go outside without a hat on. She is really good about wearing them and will ask for her hat by patting her head before we go outside.

Ella loves to help out in the kitchen. She is really good at mixing things, washing fruits and vegetables, and, of course, licking spoons.
