13 Month News:
Josh signed he and Ella up for a "Papas and Peanuts" swim class at the Midland Community Center. They start swim lessons Saturday mornings in March through April. I will be sure to go and snap some photos!
Ella will be transitioning from the Bumble Bee room to the Turtle Room at Kid's First over the upcoming months. She has spent some time over in the Turtle Room with the "big" kids and really enjoys it. She is getting somewhat bored in the infant room and is ready for the transition.
Last week Ella began a string of illnesses. She vomited and was sent home from school. Then she developed a rash and we had to take her in to the pediatrician (they said it was probably something viral). Then this week she was sent home with a 102 degree fever. We think she is finally recovered, but it definitely wiped her out.
Ella is a book fanatic. She has her own small library, but I thought it might be fun to take her to the library since we haven't been in several months. Mistake. She ran down the book aisles screaming and pulling books from the shelves. She was so excited to see so many books. It was painful, but she loved it so much that I think we are going to make a trip to the library again this weekend. She is also very into her "puppies", Harriet and Eva. She loves playing with them and feeding them. Every night after school/work we pull into the driveway and I tell her that we are going to see Harriet and Eva and she starts hooting because she is so excited. She also loves going to Bob Evans (like Perkins) for pancakes every weekend. It is our fun family outing.
Words: Mama, uh-oh
