Giant TearsElla is 34 weeks old! This picture was taken at Dow Gardens. Ella was sick of riding in her stroller and she was letting us know about it. The tears stopped as soon as I picked her up. This week Ella hit a huge milestone. She crawled for the first time yesterday! Since yesterday she has become a pro. She can now scoot across the carpet in no time. It's a good thing we baby-proofed the house a few weeks ago. Ella is enjoying our compressed work schedules. I had Friday off and Josh has Monday off, so Ella is enjoying a 4-dy weekend at home. Last night we went out to dinner with a group of friends. Ella's primary teacher, Miss Jean, came over and babysat. Ella was so excited to see Miss Jean at her house! It was hard for me to leave because it was the first time that I didn't put Ella down for the night, but we both survived and Ella had a great night. Next weekend (Labor Day weekend) we have reservations at the Grand Traverse Resort & Spa in Traverse City. Ella and Daddy are going to hang out in the pool and cub house and Mama is going to be in the spa....
